Youtube gets a lot of trash uploaded, some of it’s funny for sure, but trash nonetheless. Not to mention Utube video and audio quality is some of the worst available and Viacom is constantly taking some of the best content down. Thankfully websites like Machinima are making their mark by creating communities around like minded individuals with similar content and a different level of quality. Of course as you try to become more legitimate around your content, fair use laws must be considered. Fortunately there are good, up and coming, reasonable artists who understand the value of sharing their content. Machinima recently held a contest for the best World of Warcraft video put to music by The Ataris. I have embedded the video from the winner, below. It’s definitely one of the most technically impressive wow videos I have seen, and the message conveyed is the truth. The track chosen was The Cheyenne Line by The Ataris.
